Saturday after breakfast, we will visit the Well-Known nearby truffle market of Richerenches, where we can meet truffle producers and merchants and the museum of the truffle in the Templar Commandery in the village.
Saturday midday lunch at la Moutière (with truffle omelet) followed by a walk in the plantations of truffle oaks to watch the ‘cavage ’ (the search for truffles by trained dogs).
Saturday evening dinner with truffles included in the composition of the starter, main course and cheese selection. Sunday departure after breakfast.
